The ESA’s 5th Automated Transfer Vehicle (ATV) is set for docking with the ISS on 12 Aug 15:30 CEST after three small burns. The Georges Lemaître, named after the Belgian priest and astronomer will be the final ATV mission.
It was launched in July 29th of this year from Guiana with a Ariane 5ES carrying 6.6 tons of fuel, air, water, supplies, experiments, and even artwork. After staying for multiple months it will deorbit in January.
